We will liaise with your employer via telephone or email with a view to settling your case if this is what you require.

We will complete your legal forms and draft your pleadings and file your claim with the employment tribunal Our service also includes providing representation at employment tribunal hearings. After our telephone consultation, we will email a template to you so that you can provide us with a chronological order of events and we will assess the merits of your case and advice on the best way forward.

We also provide you with regular updates with regards to progress on your matter.
